Building Management
  • Supervision and support of all
    on site personnel (if required).
    Senior property managers to
    provide appropriate time and
    supervision.

  • Receive and review work
    requests and authorize their
    completion.

  • Tender, retain and supervise
    trades people as required or on
    an annual basis in consultation
    with the owner.
  • Purchase maintenance equipment as required.

  • Keep the owner informed as to long-term needs of their
    property

  • Provision of "Occurrence Report" to the owner of any
    emergency situation detailing steps taken to remedy or
    address the situation.

  • Preparation of preventive maintenance program for all
    major equipment (if required)
