Building Management
- Supervision and support of all
on site personnel (if required).
Senior property managers to
provide appropriate time and
supervision.
- Receive and review work
requests and authorize their
completion.
- Tender, retain and supervise
trades people as required or on
an annual basis in consultation
with the owner.
- Purchase maintenance equipment as required.
- Keep the owner informed as to long-term needs of their
property
- Provision of "Occurrence Report" to the owner of any
emergency situation detailing steps taken to remedy or
address the situation.
- Preparation of preventive maintenance program for all
major equipment (if required)
