management experience.  Joel holds a bachelors degree
in Economics.

Nancy has over Twenty years property management
experience. As a fifth level CMA Nancy is able to utilize her
accounting expertise in the challenging property
management environment.  Nancy is also a Commissioner
for Oaths.

holds an accounting degree.  Laura has more then
